Hi, I accidentally synched a note with the desktop version( which was empty) and now I can't find a way to recover my notes. Is there a way I can get the previous version of taht specific note?
Hi, if you have a backup of your data on Samsung Cloud then you can restore the data.
From Settings, navigate to and tap Accounts and backup.
Tap Restore data under "Samsung Cloud". On the next screen, select your desired device (at the top of the screen), and then select the content you want to restore. Next, tap Restore at the bottom of the screen.
I can't do this. I did what you said but nothing happens as I do not see my note and I only see that everything it synced which is true.
What I want to do is essentially see the note history of a particular note and select the one that I want to restore. Is this possible? How?
Also, from the App all I can do is syncing the notes on Samsung Cloud, but is there a way to automatically backup everything so I can go back whenever I want and restore an older version of one of the multiple notes I do have? Thanks
I'm having this problem too and it is very annoying all my hard work has been undone and u cannot find a place to return to the previous version. Moreover, the app told me the version I selected was the most reccent version but it was not.
