RTT (Real-time Text)

Hi,

I'm looking for RTT in my Samsung note 9. Similar to TTY, RTT is text transmitted instantly as it typed or created. TTY and RTT are useful for deaf/hard of hearing and unspeaker people.

In website said Samsung note 9 has RTT however I can't find it. Where can I get it (install in my smartphone)?

Hey @Samsungnote9sk,

Your Note9 absolutely has RTT! Here are the steps to enable it:

1. From your Home screen, swipe down from the top of your screen to access the Notification bar.
2. Navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements.
3. Tap Real Time Text.
4. Tap Always visible to toggle the RTT keyboard on or off.

I am also looking for real time text in my note 9 and I can't find it.  My boy friend has a s10 and it's on his phone.
