I have been enjoying Dolby Atmos on my phone since launch of Note 10 plus. With ievery update it has continued to function. With the newest UI 4.0 Android 12 , Dolby Atmos is completely broken, doesn't work with built-in speakers, Bluetooth or wired headset under any circumstance. Music or entertainment IE videos even with Dolby Atmos tracks within different streaming services

After almost a year finally found out what was causing the Dolby Atmos issue. It was an equalizer app that when enabled disturbed the decoding of any sound meant to go to the Dolby Atmos app for decoding. I still use the app question but have disabled it for Movie Apps as I don't have any Dolby Atmos encoded music. Thanks everyone for their suggestions on what the problem could have been before my light bulb moment.

I finally found out what the problem was. I have an app that changes EQ settings and when enabled by that app anything with external processing is blocked. Once I figured to turn that off for apps that used Dolby Atmos, everything recovered on every app thank you all for your advice.
