Does anyone know how to unblock an unknown phone number from the phone app? I have been unable to find a way to, and have not had any luck with Samsung support. Do I need to go through my carrier? I have a Note 10+. Thanks!
Hi Halston, Thanks for checking in. I spoke with Rogers last night, and they confirmed there is nothing on their end that will fix this issue - we did walk through a number of setting options together over the phone as well. They recommended calling Samsung to check if I have to do a factory reset. They suspect I'll end up having to do that. So next step is to call Samsung support.
