Does anyone know how to unblock an unknown phone number from the phone app? I have been unable to find a way to, and have not had any luck with Samsung support. Do I need to go through my carrier? I have a Note 10+. Thanks!
go to your phone press the 3dots on the right to corner then press settings and you should find it there look at blocked numbers then you can unblock them
Yes, that works for numbers that show, but not for unknown numbers. I've already tried clearing out all the blocked numbers showing. Unfortunately, unknown numbers aren't on the list, and I can't unblock them.
Please follow the below steps on your phone and check if it works.
Open the phone app >> Tap the three dots in the upper right corner >>Select Settings >>Tap on Block numbers >> Toggle Block unknown callers >> Disable it.
I have already tried toggling the block unknown numbers as well, and that hasn't helped either. It's also not set to block unknown numbers. I'm almost wondering if I need to do a factory reset. I tried clearing the cache of the app, and force stopping it, but nothing is working. My phone continues to auto reject this particular number after everything I've tried.
