Unknown Error in Samsung Music

Every time I attempt to add an album cover for this new album that I have, I keep getting "Unknown Error" and the album cover isn't applied. Can anyone tell me why I am getting the error message and how do I fix it, please?

What type of album cover you try to add? Are you adding from Gallery? Is your Album cover file size too large?

The files are usually jpg files and they're from my gallery, the file size usually isn't the problem as it is only 500 KB.

Maybe try go to Settings -> Apps -> Samsung Music -> Storage

Clear data and cache. Then try again add an album cover. See if it still do the same.

Hi, please check the size of the image your'e trying to add to your album cover. 

If the size is too big, you can try to download any third party app in Play store to tag image to your albums.

My album covers are usually screenshots and they're about 500kb in size, im not sure if that is the issue because I've been doing this for a long time, I'm not sure why the issue arises now.
