video only plays back in portrait mode.

Hi. I'm trying to shoot some video but when I upload it and watch it, it only covers the center portion of the screen. I make sure that I have it on FULL MODE. It doesn't make any difference if i have my phone in landscape or portrait, it still only plays like I mentioned earlier. What am I doing wrong?

Are you using Bixby Vision ?

I try to reproduce your problem on my Note 10+ who is set for auto-rotation and i cant, my videos work and rotate normally (i don't use Bixby Vision)

I'm not using Bixby vision. could it be I had the wrong ratio? 3:4??
