Galaxy Note
everytime i got a notification on my note 10 plus i hear someone speaking on which the notification is, sample it is from messenger then i will hear messenger. same goes to facebook etc.

turned everything off and still the same by the way im using the galaxy buds but on my s9+ i does not happen
