I have both the Samsung built-in browser and Firefox. The manual fails to display in the Samsung browser, which is used by default. At the top, it says: www.samsung.com
When I tap the Home icon it goes to Rogers.com for whatever reason. When I start to type samsung.com, is displays:
samsung.com/m-manual/CA
When I tap on that, it shows the errror message again.
I'm surprised that the built-in browser can't view the manual.
When I tried to view samsung.com/m-manual/CA in Firefox, I got the error message:
The user manual is not available in your selected language.
This is displayed in several languages, also.
What on Earth is going on? I need to view the manual for my phone. Can anyone help?
To better assist you, could you please confirm what is the exact model of your device? Have you cleared the cache/data for the Samsung Internet browser or tried using Chrome instead of Firefox?
