Airplane mode stuck

My airplane mode has been half on since my phone ran out of battery I've tried every troubleshooting except factory reset or going to get my phone looked at

What do you mean by "half on"? 

Airplane Mode is either on or off.

If you have tried everything, then Backup your device with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

The light is dim and it says it's off I cant call or text

Did you try a simple Reboot, have you tried any other steps?
