Hi, can you please turn on and turn off amber alerts and check again by going to Settings > Safety & emergency > Wireless emergency alerts and toggle off AMBER alerts.
The switch was turned off but I received the amber alert anyway. I got the full alarm and flashing screen. My wife has S23 and it was switched off also but she heard nothing but had a notification the next day
is there any update on this? I'm also getting amber alerts even though they are TURNED OFF; I tried to contact support team and their "solution" was to try to restart the phone and then try to disable Amber alerts which obviously didnt work
We have not had one for a while but the last one was very annoying. It was an incident happening hundreds of miles away in the middle of the night. I had all switched off and still receiving. Total bull ***.
