After updating my s20+ 5g to android 11, upload speed on wifi became slow. Screenshot provided. This is not an ISP problem or router because I test my speed on other devices too.

Hey tay,
Please perform the wipe cache partition of the device and get back to us with the results.
If the device is not working correctly, you may need to master reset it and also clear the cache partition. These two resets clear different parts of the device storage. Unlike a master reset, wiping the cache partition does not delete your personal data.
Here are the steps to follow the wipe cache partition of the device:
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key.
- When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
- Press Bixby / Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Bixby / Power key to select.
- When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Bixby / Power key to restart the device.

The correct term is factory reset, not "master reset". They won't find "master reset" anywhere in settings, or the recovery menu.

Yeah I would think that it's unlikely that a factory reset would fix the problem with your WiFi.

I have the S20 Ultra 5G as well, but I'm not having any problems with WiFi speeds at all.

Before doing a factory reset, I'd reset the network settingson yyour S20 & reboot. See if that works?
