I thought android 12 is coming out on the S 20 FE 

with the last update and if not how do I get the beta?

The S20 FE should probably be eligible for One UI V4.0, eventually.. There is no Beta available for your device in Canada or the US.

Canada doesn't participate in any Betas anyway.

The S21 Ultra is currently on it's 2nd Beta in the United States.

There's no way that you can expect One UI V4.0 (Android 12) for the S20 FE anytime soon... Maybe, & a VERY BIG MAYBE, this year.
