Has anyone noticed touchscreen issues with the S20FE 5G? It's just started in the last week or so. Everything I can find online is from a year ago

I'd start by using the Diagnostics on the Samsung Members app to test the touch screen.

I did have an issue on one of my previous Samsung phones, & ultimately a Factory Reset resolved the issue for me.

If it's not a hardware issue & you decide to Factory Reset, just remember to backup your device with Smart Switch FIRST.

Which app, Smart Switch?

Smart Switch is available from the Play Store for mobile devices, if you want to backup your phone to the external sd card in your phone (if you have one) & Smart Switch for your computer should be available here:

So I have to back it up on my desktop or s card? See, the 'd' didn't show up in SD above. Very frustrating. I don't want to factory reset unless I'm 100% sure that I won't lose anything. I have smart switch on my phone but it wants me to send data to another phone. Sorry, I'm not that great at this kind of thing and it is frustrating.

You probably should have started your own post for your questions, but..

What device do you have & do you have an external sd card in in your phone?

Hi Sarah0751, I suggest you perform a test on the device. Please go to the Samsung Members app which is already pre-installed on your Samsung device >> Get Help >> Interactive Checks >> touch screen. Please write back to us with the results.
Thank you for the response RedDogRabbit.

Valeriya they've changed the "menu" of "get help" on the Samsung Members app.

"Interactive Checks" is no longer there. It's been replaced with "Diagnostics".

No such issue with the screen other then being cracked which supposedly 2 to 3 month down the road directly effects the battery and charging system. Which in turn is not then covered by warranty due to cracked screenn
