Android 14 support for S20 series

Hello everyone, 

I read articles in the last couple of days one of them from 9to5google stating that Samsung confirmed that they will support Android 14 on Samsung Galaxy S20 series.

If this is true, this will be a great treat

I strongly agree with you. I currently own the Galaxy Z Flip 4, have seen a ton of videos and awesome descriptions of what the Android 14 features are going to be when the software is released. If I am not mistaken, the Android 14 is to be released sometime this November.

This is my understanding Jay. I saw it was released in South Korea and Germany last week and North America will be next. So it will arrive soon on S23 series as the first device

That would be welcome news! There's certainly no hardware limitations on the S20 series, which would preclude it from running One UI V6.0.

Completely right, I'm sure even the S10 could handle the One UI 6.0.

Absolutely! I've had Galaxy S7s & S8+ running Android 13. It's definitely not a hardware limitation!

If Samsung no longer provides Android version updates for a device, then they REALLY should allow the Bootloaders to be unlocked, then we can Flash Custom Roms.

Sounds good!! I still can't wait until it comes available for the Galaxy Z Flip 4. November is sure going to be an exciting month for new smartphone updates.

Thanks Randy, I read the same thing on Sam Mobile page..
