Good morning members,

I am just wondering if anyone is having problems with Spotify not working on Android Auto?
I'm not sure when it stopped working. I'm wondering if it's after the last update?

I'd appreciate any feedback. I will be Uninstalling Android Auto and reinstalling it to see if that makes a difference.

Hi, just to confirm after uninstalling and re-installing it, are you still facing the same issue ? If yes please follow the below steps once and check.

Please perform Clear Cache on the app by using the below details and check again.

From Settings, swipe to and tap Apps. Select the app you want to clear.

Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache. (Clearing the app cache is kind of like a cleanse for your apps).

It will get rid of residual files that could be slowing down the app.

So uninstalling an application doesn't clear it's cache?

Hello, I'm sorry for not following up. I uninstalled, re installed clear cache, and nothing worked. I turned off my phone and left it for 10 minutes, then turned it back on. No luck! I did notice my permissions were turned off. I allowed all permissions, wrote a review on Spotify, and a day later, it was fixed. I will say that after all permissions were on, it still didn't work. I don't know how it got fixed, but it's working. Thank you for your suggestion!
