Is it true that a random software like PassFab (https://www.passfab.com/products/android-unlocker.html) can be used to bypass my phone's lockscreen security? I am scared because this means that my phone lacks anti-theft capability.

Perhaps, I am not familiar with the app.

BUT, you shouldn't have any issues if you always know where your phone is, and you can set it up so that x incorrect attempts to unlock the phone will cause it to Factory Reset.

If your device is lost or stolen, you can also remote Factory Reset, using Samsung's Find Device.

You should have the IMEI number stored in a safe place, and in the event of lost or stolen, contact your Carrier to "Blacklist" the IMEI, which will render the phone useless.
