That's going to depend on your Carrier - You MIGHT find something on xda... But.. 🐧
No issues with VoLTE in Canada with my Carrier 00e99582-92a4-47a6-a269-ec25d7205b70.jpg

You can't. You must run the European firmware and have the Indian CSC to have Jio VoLTE. Unfortunately, we have the Snapdragon variant and Europe has the superior Exynos variant. So if you try to flash the SM-G950F firmware, it will brick your phone. I do recommend next time that you check websites like GSMArena for the model your country has (India has usually the F or D/FS models) and the model you want to buy (Here, it was a W model) for the Processor. It MUST be the same. Like if you had an S7 from Canada, which has an Exynos 8890, there would've been no problem.

I am very sorry that we cannot fix your problem. Try to contact the online retailer, explain him your problem (and mention what I told you about the source of the problem) and attempt to return the phone and buy the F model.

You do not get it. You need the Indian CSC and Europe firmware. US and Canada both have VoLTE, but through our carrier's CSC. US and Canada both have Snapdragon too. But you need the SM-G950F firmware ABSOLUTELY.
