Anyone managed to cancel their S22 order and get a refund?

I just contacted Samsung support to ask for a cancellation of my order (I'm leaving the country soon and I'm afraid the phone doesn't arrive before I leave) and I was wondering if anyone actually managed to do it?

I've seen multiple people cancelling their order directly online but they were mostly based in the US where they don't get charged and they also have the option to cancel up to the moment it actually ships.

not in my case. I requested to cancel on Feb 17, i am still waiting for my refund....i called their customer service around every 2 days, took me 3 weeks the get the phone sent back to their warehouse (yup the phone shipped even i request to cancel it before ship, so i refuse the delivery base on the customer service suggestion). And i am still waiting for refund. So.... good luck...

Well, that was waaaay quicker then I expected. I sent the email at 12:35 today, got an answer at 14:24 saying that my order was cancelled (could confirm it in the order page) and stating that my refund would be processed today or at worst tomorrow. Got another email at 14:31 saying that my card had been refunded. Just checked my card statement and, for once, the agent was saying the truth.

If that can help anyone, I wrote to info.seca@samsung.com. I also stated that if I didn't get a refund in a 2 weeks window, I would be filing a complaint and request a chargeback through my card issuer.

Seems like I claimed victory a little too fast....
The refund was actually just an authorization on my credit card but I thought it would go through. Just realized today that it was either cancelled or that it wasn't completed by Scamsung. 

Back to fighting with support to get a refund... sincerely starting to think that I should just file a complaint with my card issuer and ask for a chargeback.

That's what i am thinking of too. I have been calling them daily to fight for the refund. Sigh....what a terrible experience ..

Great... look like it is my turn too. Similar to your case, the transaction disappeared. look  like i need to go back to fight with the support again...Omg....this is insane...
