Galaxy SI have a S21 FE phone and a Huawei GT2 smartwatch. I paired the phone with my car's hands-free system. The expected behavior is that whenever the phone is connected to the car's hands-free, it will be the default for both incoming and outgoing voice calls. At least that is how all my other non-Samsung phones behave.
However, the S21 always tries to use the smartwatch for voice calls, but since it can not "push" a call to the watch unless the call was initiated from the watch, it uses the phone instead of the car system. So to switch it to the car's handsfree, each time I place or receive a call, I have to fiddle around in the settings and select the car BT manually. That's obviously both hazardous and also illegal in many countries.
Please, Samsung, fix that before someone crashes themselves...
