Galaxy SHi @TechHobbyiest,
The following tips will show you how to get the best out of your battery in everyday usage and how to look after your battery.
- Reduce display brightness level. (Try setting your screen timeout to 30 seconds and display brightness to Auto.)
- Close, disable or uninstall unused Apps.
- Toggle off WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS when not in use.
- Turn on power-saving mode.
- Download the latest device software.
- Avoid fully discharging your battery.
But as mentioned by @gokongming, (if you really wanna save your battery you have to compromise some phone's functionality.)
I hope it will help you.
Thanks, @gokongming, for sharing this helpful information.

Galaxy SScreen drain the battery so fast. Bluetooth on for whole day is not a problem. My galaxy watch use 15% battery per day with bluetooth on.
You can see my brightness has set about 30% to reduce battery drain.
