I would like to repost this issue as it seems many people have had it but no one has ever posted that it has been fixed that I can see.

I have a Samsung S22+ that after a year of having no issues suddenly the WiFi will not stay on. It will either immediately turn off the Bluetooth and the WiFi icon will stay grey and won't turn on or it will turn on for 1 second and then turn itself off.

I have tried resetting Network settings

Clearing cache

Factory Reset

Safe mode - Still same issue.

The WiFi DOES actually work for a couple seconds sometimes and I receive messages etc even in airplane mode or without a SIM card in the phone so the WiFi does work. It seems some really weird bug and I can't understand how factory reset wouldn't resolve the issue but it hasn't.

If anyone else managed to resolve this please let me know.

Kind regards

Hi FrankoDiver,

Thanks for sharing this detailed report, it’s definitely frustrating when core connectivity like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stop working properly, especially after trying all the standard troubleshooting steps.

Since you’ve already done a factory reset, Safe Mode check, cache wipe, and network reset with no improvement, this could point to a deeper hardware-related issue.

We recommend visiting a Samsung Authorized Service Center for a full diagnostic. Please visit the link given below to know the nearest Samsung Authorized Service Center.

Have you try connect to other WiFi network? Is it still do the same?
