Frija is the actively developed app for downloading Samsung Firmware - Yes SamFirm still works - But it hasn't been updated & is deprecated - You can either Revert back to One UI v1.0 & get the OTA from your Carrier - Or Flash the Canadian One UI V2.0 Stable with Patched Odin - You'll need to Factory Reset either way 🐧

Yeah the app should work fine for downloading Stock Samsung Firmware for the A70 - But if you're asking if you can use S10 Firmware on your A70 - ABSOLUTELY not 🐧
