Audio Alerts (using Waze)

I apologize if this is the wrong forum to ask this, however, I don't know if it's maybe an issue w/my S20 or an app issue. BUT, when I use my Waze app (as I'm sure there are many users here), eventhough I have settings on to receive "Alerts" for:

1) Speed Cams 

2) Red Light Cameras, and

3) Police

I don't receive ANY ALERTS; whatsoever!! other than seeing it in the map. would love to hear something as I'm not always looking at the map. 

However, I do receive alerts for railway crossings which I couldn't care less about receiving because they are more noticeable that the above.

I if there's any help available, I would really appreciate even if that means going to another forum.

hi.. have you tried going to
settings/notifications then try then app notification then search waze then enable notification. not sure if this one solves it but hope this one helps
