automatic recording of calls

Hi, how can I desactivate the automatic recording on my phone? each and every call is recorded and I never configured that at the first place. 
I looked in the phone parameters ( and other parameters too) but I did not find anything. Please help!  The phone records not only the call, but even what I say afterwards, I find it disturbing.

what country are you in or you purchased your phone in?

maybe there is a call recorder application, try to check it and if it's found please delete it.. .

What device do you have? I was under the impression Call Recording in Canada was gone...Even apps that used to work no longer have permissions needed...

I have a GalaxyS 10, just bought. I have checked all the applications I have, and could not find the one responsible for this. But I agree that it must be an application, as after each call, a window opens with N/A heading, a lot of adverts, asking me if I want to keep, suppress or share the recording, and even asks me if I want to upgrade the service.

That's an app that you downloaded from either the Play Store or somewhere else - It's definitely NOT included with the Samsung Firmware!

If you used Smart Switch to restore from a previous device - That's another way it would end up installed on your S10 - If it were me - I'd uninstall it right away... my 2 cents 🐧

no I was wrong, it doesn't propose to upgrade, just asks me if I want to share the recording in MP3 , listen to it or suppress it. The n/a heading in the window that opens after the call, makes it difficult to understand which application is about . The phone kept recording also AFTER the call was off, and in the recording I could hear the noises of me moving in the house, which I found scary and prompted me to write here.
