I turned on background data restrictions (under Mobile Data) while traveling. since I have been back on my home network, I cannot seem to turn it off now. whenever I switch it off and exit settings it shows as OFF but then after a few minutes if you go back in, it shows as ON. have tried turning on and off data, rebooted, flight mode but none seem to keep background data setting OFF. it just keeps turning back ON automatically after a few minutes.
