Galaxy SHi @Rahulrajrai,
Try to reboot your device and check sometimes a simple reboot will fix the issues. Also, check for the updates and update your device.
You can try to wipe the cache partition of your device and check if that fixes the issue. Follow the below steps to wipe the cache partition of your device.
Turn off the device >> Then, Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Bixby / Power key >> When the Android logo displays, release both keys >> An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear >> Use Volume buttons to scroll down and the Power key to accept it >> Then highlight Wipe cache partition using volume keys >> Then, Select “Yes” >> Reboot the device once the wipe cache partition process is complete.
I hope it will fix the issue.

Galaxy SHi Kinsley,
I cleared my cache per the steps you listed. However, the percentage of my battery used in 37 mins is 8%, but the percentage of the apps used is only adding up to 4.2%. I've seen this for a while. What else is using the battery? My Care Report has information "Abiut dropping your phone". Could this mean my phone has battery damage due to dropping the phone? I ran diagnostics, and it said my battery was normal.

Galaxy SHi, I have the exact same problem as you. Have you found a fix?
