Battery issue with MS's Word and PowerPoint

It's weird of that recently the apps of Battery and Device Care report " Word / PowerPoint runs in background with high battery usage" as shown in attached screenshot, and system recommands to pull those apps into deep sleep. I followed the suggestion and click the option to pull apps into deep sleep, unfortunately, S23u system still report the battery issue. Why???

Eventually I figured out how to get away the system error message by uninstalled those apps, and run Device Care to clean up the error message, then reinstall those apps ag

ain.

Mine does the same thing, but the powerpoint app refuses to be put in deep sleep. Tried force stopping and removing permissions, but now I will try uninstalling and reinstalling.
