I have two contacts that have a similar name. Let's assume one is B and another is P. One day I confused Bixby by thinking that B is P . Now every time I want to call B, Bixby is calling P. How do I make Bixby change that ? I tried telling Bixby "edit my contacts " and telling "B is Not P" but nothing works for me.
Hi, we suggest you to perform a clear cache on your phone and set Bixby again. To clear cache, go to Settings, swipe to, and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch the app you want to clear. Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache.
Hi, there is no such setting available. However, please delete both contacts and save one contact with First Name and Last Name and another contact with First Name and initial of the Last Name, check if it makes any difference.
