Hi Everyone,
I've searched and searched for a solution to this INTERMITTENT problem. I'll recieve an email and the the subject line will be displayed in my inbox, but when I open the email , there is no body text it is just blank. If I press reply to the email, I can then reply to the email, and sometimes I can see the body of the email in the email thread below it. I believe it only affects my POP3 emails, and happens frequently . I noticed this started to happen after the recent update on October 16,2018 update.
HELP!
Thanks!!

Hi @IngaR, just to clarify, is this issue occurring while using the Samsung Email app?
If you are using the Samsung Email app, when you open the email and it is blank is there a "load more" button on the bottom left corner? If there isn't, I would try signing out of the email in the Samsung app, clearing the cache and logging in again.

Thank you for your reply. There is no load more button at the bottom of the emails.
I have cleared the cache on the email application but to no avail.
Can you please advise me on how to sign out in the Samsung app?

Hi @IngaR, in the Samsung Email app, tap the three line menu icon (top left) > go to email settings by selecting the gear settings icon (top right) > select the account you want to remove in the "Accounts" section > select remove (top right).
That should remove the email that is having troubles from your Samsung Email app. After you try re-adding the account ensure that the email is "sync account" settings is also toggled on and that the sync settings is set up as you prefer.

@IngaR, I am experiencing the same issue with certain emails that I receive, I open the email and it's blank, however I noticed that if I rotate my Note 9 to landscape, then the email loads and I can rotate the phone back to portrait and now the email can be viewed normally.

Thank you for the suggestion and I will try it. In the meantime, I found that if I forward the email to myself, I then can read the email.
I found out that this is a wide spread concern from the reviews of the Samsung email application and the Samsung response is that there is a glitch between Samsung and Google.
