Looking for some help. I have an s10+ and I recently purchased an LG ok75 mini hifi speaker. When I first bought it, the Bluetooth connection worked fine. But now it can't hold a connection. It keeps cutting out and reconnecting every 10 seconds. It's very annoying.
Hi Tstevens18, Please make sure the device software is updated to the latest version. I suggest you please clear the cache for your Bluetooth application and check if the issue got resolved.
Settings >> Apps >> 3 dot menu >> show system apps >> Search for "Bluetooth" application >> Storage >> Clear cache.
Hi, I suggest you please try to unpair all the available devices from your mobile's Bluetooth settings and restart both devices and try pairing back the speaker to check if the issue got resolved.
Please have you got any way out of this, I use a Samsung Galaxy S10+ and LG OK99, at first everything worked fine, but now it disconnects after 8 to 9 seconds, if I connect again it would disconnect by itself, but other devices connects to the LG OK99 without issues.
