Opening x.com in a private tab on firefox causes the screen to flash white many times.

I already tried clearing the cache but the issue persists.

I don't think this is a bug, yet just X/Twitters default Ui load being non-dark mode.

But Firefox has a setting for Theme: if set to same as device setting you get what you've seen. If your device is on Dark Mode, set this in FF Settings, Theme. 1716867548441.jpg

This does not fix it, firefox seems to load with the wrong theme on the first tab you open

Well it worked for me immediately on my S23 over both public wifi and mobile data.

Are you certain you're going to x.com and not a specific bookmark to a specific posting?
Also what is your devices display setting white or dark mode and what is your X/Twitters setting on your account? (Are you signed in and state saved in cookies?

Does it just keep flashing white or does it eventually go to the black background home page?

For me, it flashes white a few times then goes to the black background home page.

With Brave browser, it puts up a momentary white background then goes to the black background home page.

Maybe it's Firefox.

There's a white flash on Chrome/Brave/Firefox when going to x.com in incognito mode and no white flash when using normal mode.
