Call issues I am not able to place a call. When I try to call someone. I keeps hearing the phone ring but the person side already picked up the phone waiting to talk. But still keeps ringing on my side and finally disconnects abruptly. I cannot even call my voicemail. All this started after the android 10 update. I have tried resetting the network setting and did a hard reset as well. Still no solution.

I cannot use voice command to call my contacts after the upgrade.

Was your "hard reset" a Factory Reset from Recovery?
Power Off your device - Remove & Reinsert the SIM card & See if that solves the issue - Is the SIM new or old - It could be a SIM card issue as well?

yes, I did a factory reset. it the same sim before update only been 6 months since I got the phone. I did try using a different sim card with another and different network. just to be sure. but the problem still persists.

I'm having similar issues with my s9. I can't call my customer support for my bank or any 1-800 number to get help that in needing. what's up with that?
