The voice prompt that plays during call recording is a legal requirement to inform all parties. Because of this, unfortunately there’s no option to disable it.

In Canada, while businesses must inform customers that calls are being recorded and explain the purpose, the Criminal Code of Canada permits one-party consent for recording conversations. This means individuals are not required to inform others before recording a conversation, as long as they are a participant in the conversation.
I think you need to look into this and fix the problem. As my able members pointed out and I shared the correct info, Canada is a single-party consent. Please get this addressed. I think iPhone has a call record feature without the voice prompt.
