Call speaker

After the update whever i pickup the call my phone automatically goes into speaker mode even when its off. The sound comes from the media speaker rather than the earpeice speaker. Is it just me or all the s23 ultra users ?

Restart your device – This can temporarily resolve the issue.

Clear the Phone app cache: Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage > Clear Cache.

Check call settings: Phone > Settings > Answering and ending calls – Ensure that “Answer calls automatically on speaker” is disabled.

Test in Safe Mode to rule out any third-party app interference. Press and hold the power button > tap and hold "Power Off" > select Safe Mode. Answer a call and see if it still goes to speaker. If it works normally, a third-party app is likely causing the issue.

If you're using any Good Lock modules (like Sound Assistant or Bixby routines), try disabling them temporarily.
