Since yesterday, the software processing of my photos taken with raw expert has been endless, so even the processing of photos taken with the main camera is also too long. This happened when my phone turned off during my photo shoot yesterday. I think it's a software bug

Hi Manof,

Thanks for sharing the screenshots that helps a lot. It looks like the photo processing queue got stuck when your phone shut down.

Here are a few steps you can try to clear it up:

1. Clear app cache/data

  • Go to Settings → Apps → Expert RAW → Storage → Clear cache.

  • Do the same for Camera and Gallery.

  • Restart your phone and test again.

2. Check storage space. If your storage is very full, RAW processing may fail. Free up some space and test again.

3. Boot into Safe Mode

  • Press and hold power → long-press Power off → choose Safe Mode.

  • Try taking a RAW and normal photo if processing works, a third-party app might be interfering.

5. Update: Check Galaxy Store and Samsung Members app for updates to Camera, Expert RAW, and system apps.

If it continues, check for updates in Galaxy Store and send an error report through Samsung Members → Support so the dev team can review the logs.
