Why is my camera keep showing error message

What does the error message say? You can try to restart your phone to see if that helps or clean the camera app cache, can provide video to show how to do it if you cannot find the instructions on Google.

I cleaned the camera app cache, I also restarted my phone, the last thing I want to do is factory reset it

Kinda like going to the doctor, the doctor asks what the problem is, and you just say "guess" 😂

Hi pollypocket, what is the error message your'e getting while using the Camera?

Also, before you perform Factory Reset on your device, please open the Samsung Members app and Click on Support and Phone Diagnostics > Run the Diagnostics for the Camera > See if you get any error messages.

Same thing is happening to me...

Even in safe mode I get the "warning camera failed" message

If you ran the Diagnostics for the Camera, and didn't get any error messages, or especially if you did, you may want to visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.
