Can't make video slower on s23 ultra

Hi guys, can anyone help. I can't seem to be able to slow down a video to slower than 1/2 speed. On previous version I remember being able to slow a video down to pretty much frame by frame. Anyone know a trick?

What r u using to slow it down? I might be able to help u if I know what u r using. R u using a app of some sort?

So it's a video sent to me and I'm trying to slow it down using the edit function on the S23 Ultra (via gallery)

Hi, I request you to please follow the below steps once and check.

Go to a video.

Tap the video once, then tap More .

Tap Playback Speed.

Select the speed at which you'd like the video to play.
