Simple question.... WHY does my cell S23 ultra boast features that we kinda sorta shouldn't use. Supposedly. Let me say that again. A little different this time.
Because I NEED to understand.
WHY does SAMSUNG blah blah about features in their ads/marketing campaigns, that the phone repeatedly warns you (that would be me) that are unsafe for my phone?
Ex: wireless charging. Yay! Cool! Awesome. Error mess: um yeah if you charge me wirelessly it's going to screw up your S Pen.
Do not ask me to reset or whatever. I would really really simply LOVE an explanation. I just want to love my phone. Lol

Actually this is a very intelligent post! One of the few I've seen on these boards and on the internet.
It's as if the engineering team was headed by a completely different project management team along with hr marketing team being silo'd and separate from all other teams since inception of the overall product and the legal team was last to be consulted.
Like come on Samsung this is 2025 and absolutely NO team for a product or service should be isolated from one another nor should they be managed as individual teams.
They should be completely cohesive with one another.
