Hello All- I need some help. I always used the swipe feature to "unlock" my phone. On Friday I foolishly added a credit card to my Google wallet and had to then lock my screen with a PIN. It was a pain so I removed the card from the Google wallet. Now I cannot remove the password or PIN option from my lock screen. The swipe and "none" choices are grayed out. I did online chats with 2 people from Samsung and they couldn't help. Any suggestions? Many thanks

Lol thanks Robert. I am not optimistic- particularly when the Ssmsung folks couldn't figure it out. I may be surprised though- there are a lot of people out there who are smarter than me. I don't want to have to reset the entire phone.
