Evenin everyone
I own the A20 F 5g...the last day or so it won't stay connected to my wifi...it says it's connected but not connected...there is full wifi service which my roommates are enjoying with no interruption...after some research and trying many things that were suggested I'm still being disconnected regularly...on a Google search I was also told that this is a custom model ...I may need to search out tech support....since I know many here understand these things better I ask here first...what could cause this and any idea how to correct it...has been running excellent til yesterday...appreciate anyone's thoughts

Ok I'll do it...I'm thinking my apps have too many permissions...I've shut off bixby and customization...but it's locked up a few times since then...other than that it's operating smoothly

I sent the error reports...I'm waiting to hear...bixby and customization are part of the package they need to be operating correctly...and no one told me how to remove permissions that are locked to me...I have to have control over my data...

The new update brought the answer to connected but no connection....bad router...was ok for awhile now it won't keep anything connected for more than a few moments....the tip gave me the answer...samsung does know it's stuff

Hi, we suggest you to backup and reset.

Here are the steps to backup your data: Backup from Samsung account--Apps > Settings > Cloud > Backup > Select the data > Back up now.

Backup from Google account--Apps > Settings > Backup and reset.

Here are the steps for factory reset, settings>>General management>>Reset>>Factory data reset>>Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Reset>> Delete All.
