Galaxy SHi Merrk,
We're sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi connectivity issue you're experiencing on your Galaxy S24 Ultra after the One UI 7 update.
If your device shows that it's connected to Wi-Fi but apps and browsers report "No connection," please try the following steps:
Recommended Troubleshooting:
Restart your router and phone. Power cycle your Wi-Fi router and your Galaxy S24 Ultra.
Forget and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network. Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, tap your network, then select Forget. Reconnect by entering your password.
Reset network settings. Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings.
Note: This will remove all saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections.
Disable "Switch to mobile data" Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Intelligent Wi-Fi, and turn off Switch to mobile data if it's enabled.
Safe mode test. Boot into Safe Mode to check if a third-party app is affecting network behavior. If Wi-Fi works properly in Safe Mode, a recently installed app may be causing the issue.
Thank you.
