Plug the drive into a computer and then plug your phone into the computer and then copy the files.

Connect your USB Charging cable to the computer > On your phone slide your finger from the top downward > Click on USB for File Transfer > On your computer > Make a new Folder & In My Computer > Click on the Drive that is your Phone > You'll see your Phone's Storage & Select what you want to transfer to your computer & Send it to the Folder you created on your computer.

Another option is to go to the main page of Members app, there should be a listing for offers - see if your device is eligible for M365 Basic free for 6 mths. Add this and register and sign in.

Then sign into M365's OneDrive on your PC or Mac. Going forward all your media will automatically sync and copy to to One drive folder there. ;) easier to manage daily going forward plus a backup.

Also you add documents using the Files app and those will sync there as well. Cheers.
