Since it has been officially announced that Qualcomm is urging device makers to push patches after 'targeted' exploitation, do I need to worry about my S23 Ultra since my phone has not received any security patches since July 1st?

Yes, regular security patches are ultra important for the safety for your device. Especially if you use your phone for banking and credit cards. Moving forward, be extremely careful with the personal information on your phone.

Wishing a Samsung staff to give us at least an estimated time of arrival for a security patch. I'm not interested in 6.1.1 or anything after that at this time. Features should be served after security.

Hi 1Pedro,

It's understandable to be concerned about the security of your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. Please be cautious of installing apps from sources outside the Play Store or Galaxy Store.

While Samsung is working diligently to release the updates at the earliest.

Thank you.

Thank you, @Helenna, for your advice. Hopefully, you are not stopping the release of security patches due to main and big upgrade features. Our phone has not received security patches for a long time, and as we know, many exploits have been found and fixed by others but not for us. Thank you for your presence here.
