Galaxy SHi ruru2000,
We are sorry to hear that your Voice Access isn't working properly after the recent update on your Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Clear Cache of Voice Access App: Go to Settings > Apps. Scroll down and find Voice Access. Tap on Storage. Click on Clear Cache and Clear Data (this won't delete any personal files, just the app's temporary data).
Restart your phone and try setting up Voice Access again.
If you already have the latest version, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Restart your phone after the reinstall and attempt to set it up again.
Sometimes, battery optimization settings can interfere with apps like Voice Access.
Go to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Battery > Background usage limits. Find Voice Access and make sure it's not being restricted or optimized.
If you haven't already, ensure that all the necessary accessibility services for Voice Access are enabled. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Installed Services > Voice Access, and turn it on.
Try rebooting your phone in Safe Mode to see if any third-party apps are interfering. Press and hold the Power Button. Then press and hold the Power Off icon until Safe Mode appears. If Voice Access works in Safe Mode, a third-party app may be causing the issue. You may want to uninstall recent apps to troubleshoot.
Thank you.
