Any one else have any trouble with their phones since downloading an e Sim from their carrier. Currently with telus. Since downloading the Sim onto my phone I have lost all app access to my visual voice-mail, cannot send chat messages, text messages now take more than a minute to send, mobile data is excruciatingly slower (even by telus standards) and I not only lose access to the web through mobile data intermittently even if I set one number as my primary for calls and texts only my physical Sim will be used unless I physically switch it when calling or texting. All of these problems and more only since downloading the Sim. Changed all the appropriate settings. Nothing. Changed them back. Still nothing. Made both numbers each my primary number. Still nothing. Would hate to have to delete my downloaded Sim just for troubleshooting purposes as those suckers aren't cheap and take forever to reach me as I live rurally. Anybody else got any other ideas I could try. It should be said I'm running an almost brand new s22 ultra. I also remember when I was running my pixel 6 about a year ago I would constantly lose access to my mobile data. But I need two numbers as I run a business and don't want to have to carry two phones around all the time. If anyone's got any ideas as to what could be going on and any troubleshooting ideas lay em on me.

Hi, we request you to follow the steps:

Launch the Settings app and tap Connections → SIM card manager → Add mobile plan.

When a mobile plan is found, follow the on-screen instructions to activate the e SIM.

If you have a QR code provided by your service provider, launch the Settings app, tap Connections → SIM card manager → Add mobile plan → Scan carrier QR code, and then scan the QR code.

Done. Same issues. Called my phone carrier Telus. They couldn't do anything to fix it after exhausting all their troubleshooting procedures. Said they were gonna call Samsung on my behalf seeing as what a nightmare it is to deal with Samsung for issues like this. It's definitely the e sim that's causing the problem though.
You're not understanding my issue based on your response. I did all that. It's why I'm trying to figure out how and why the e sim is acting up. Once you scan the e Sims qr code it becomes dead. You cannot scan it again. So I couldn't even do what you suggested even if I thought it would work.
