Hi! I recently tried to recover some lost data on my Samsung Galaxy S10+. The app that I used required me to enable the "Developer Settings". However, I have since been having issues using Google Pay on my phone (despite having disabled the "Developer Settings"). Is there a fix for this at all? I really don't want to restore my phone to factory settings. 😣

If I use Smart Switch, I won't lose my data, right?

That's what I use when I Factory Reset. Just make sure that you select everything that you want to get Backed Up in Smart Switch.
