Hi, I use the Samsung native app for my emails. Recently, I notice that all junk and spam emails are being shown as notification upon arrival.. Very annoying. Obviously, these folders are not selected to sync.. How can I fix my issue...
Exactly the same here. Junk and Clutter are now notified and when opened are shown in a view 'Unread emails' that I've not seen before. Settings are really d basic these days, so there's no apparent way to switch these off.
From looking for solutions online, seems like this has happened in the past too. Couldn't see any satisfactory solution - just stuff like 'delete the folder' or 'delete the account and set up from new'.
My feeling is that this problem must have arrived with a software update (Samsung email app? Outlook? )- at the moment I can only hope it goes away again with the next one!
