error emojis **SOLVED**

I use Samsung S20, and since the beginning, the appearance of emojis on keyboard and chats is kinda weird and different from any other phone. No matter what keyboard I use, the emojis still look like this. Or, if the keyboard finally can change the appearance of this weird emojis, it's still same on chats (except whatsapp or discord who have their own emoji system). I wonder what's make emojis on my phone is like this. I tried so many ways to fix it, but not work, since I don't know what's the real problem is (missing emojis part? emoji error?) What should I do to make these emojis looks normal again like in all Samsung phone🙏🏻

Hello there! thankyou for your comment! Yes, I tried reset it, but still same🥲 Like, since the beginning I bought this (and the phone was in factory-reset), the appearance of these emojis already like this

I think you should try to read the comment section in the link down below. The sender has the same problem with keyboard emoji.

omggg Thankyou so much!!! I have read the comments, and looks like it's the problem from Docomo. And actually, I bought this phone when I was in Japan. This Samsung is under the provider named Docomo (even have Docomo logo on backside). I think the problem is from Docomo itself, since they said, all smartphone under Docomo provider have this problem. Thankyou so much for showing me this! Atleast now I know why my emojis like this.
