Galaxy SThat is super odd!!!
Another thing you can try is logging out of FB from your app, then uninstall the app, then restart your device, then reinstall the app, and log back in and try it again.
Also are you using this over mobile network or WiFi, you have to make sure you have a safe, stable wifi connection if you are using wifi.
Also doing a quick google search, this seems to be a common issue, so its nothing to do with your device.
You can also "report" this as a problem on the FB app

Galaxy SI have not come across this error message before.
Just to confirm, you are still able to open Facebook and look at your newsfeed?
But that error only comes when you try accessing FB Settings or Marketplace?
Have you tried the basic troubleshooting steps such as clearing cache and data for the app?
You can also make sure FB is updated to the latest version -- check in Google Play store.
If none of the above steps work, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Please let us know!
